I went out to Berkeley Sound this morning to give customs clearance to a visiting vessel. In Port William there were large numbers of Sooty Shearwater & Black Browed Albatross.

On the way out of Berkeley Sound we could see at least 8 Sei Whales blowing in the distance, with a couple allowing us to approach quite close whilst they were feeding.

Other birds seen in Berkeley Sound included Rockhopper, Gentoo & Magellanic Penguins, White Chinned Petrels, South Giant Petrel,Rock Shag & King Cormorant |
