This afternoon I went out to Cape Pembroke to have a look for the Rufous Collared Sparrow. I had spent about an hour looking for it without any luck when I heard a roar of a Southern Sea Lion Mirounga Leonina in the Tussuc at the point. It turned out to be a very large bull that allowed me to approach quite close and get the below images.

Just a little further around the point I came across a sleeping female South American Fur Seal Arctocephalus australis she was totally unconcerned with me being close to her.

On my way back to the lighthouse I came across the Rufous Collared Sparrow feeding in the Sandgrass.
