Birding in the Falkland Islands

• Friday, January 12, 2007 - 11th January 2007

Quick look at Yorke Bay pond this evening not much around only a few Speckled & Silver Teal.

There are at least 4 different pairs of Rudy Headed Geese around Stanley Airport with young, not managed to get a good picture of a pair with young so post this one I took late last year at Yorke Bay pond before they had young.

Weather still very wet and windy so not to much birding happening but hoping for better weather over the weekend so can try and get Hudsonian Godwit for the year.
