Brookie's Diary

• Thursday, May 4, 2006 - Catch Up

On the way to work this morning I finally caught up with some summer migrants, using Thurgory Lane. 2 Whitethroats along with 2 Wheatears' in the ploughed field with Swifts overhead. Black cap, Willow Warbler and Chiffchaff were seen earlier near the Quarry. The usual Yellowhammers, Skylarks, Dunnocks, Chaffich, Blue,Great and Long Tailed Tits giving there support to the recent arrivals. Nothing mega but bread and butter birds giving a great start to the day

About Me

I have created this blog site to give me somewhere to record my sightings and possibly to share my sightings with others who like myself have an interest in birds and wildlife. With hopefully showing my results in digiscoping. Set up Opticron ES80 ED with Samsung i6 camera
