Brookie's Diary

• Tuesday, April 10, 2007 - Thurgory Lane

Enjoyed a cycle ride to work this morning, first in about 5 months. It was good to go at a slow pace and SEE the wildlife. I had a Stoat running along the side of the cycle a one point, you wouldn't have seen that in the car. Little Owl and Chiffchaff calling as I made my way thro the farmland onto Thurgory Lane. Once there I heard 2 more Chiffchaff calling Yellowhammers playing out there little bit of bread and no cheese, 2 skylarks overhead with a couple of Lapwings in the fields. Chaffinch and Dunnocks calling for the hedgerows. What a great start to a day

I have created this blog site to give me somewhere to record my sightings and possibly to share my sightings with others who like myself have an interest in birds and wildlife. With hopefully showing my results in digiscoping. Set up Opticron ES80 ED with Samsung i6 camera
