Brookie's Diary

• Sunday, August 19, 2007 - Rutland 2007

Once again we went off to the Bird Fair. A quick look around was the order this year as we were moving down to Dorset for the week. Had a good chat with Yaya Barry from the Gambia. Marvelled at the various paintings and once again wondered how these people do it. The optics again are always good to have a look.

The birds in the area once again were good. We caught up with Red Kite, and Buzzards. We also saw in the area Swallow, Grey Wagtail House Martins and some Sand Martins. We once again stopped in Bridge Cottage, excellent place to stop. Food good and a great welcome, check out the website.
