There was a fire on the other side of the hill where Zen and Tai lived.

A large number of Black Kites gathered above the hill and rode the rising column of smoke. At its peak there were 56 birds in one time.

During the blaze Zen and Tai only visited their new nest on the hill.

The fire was eventually put out. Afterwards the Kites also scattered away.
