Love it, love it, love it...not as much as heavy rock but love it. Having said that though it ain't what it used to be IMO. The late 80's early 90's witnessed a bevvy of great indie bands and not to mention some kick arse tunes...most of the bands now are poor imitations but there are a few good uns. Here is a great selection of my all time fave indie bands and their tunes.

Remember dancing to this a lot whilst on watch at sea. The russians must have thought we were a right bunch of potheads!

The greatest Indie song by the greatest Indie band. Squires guitar solo ranks as one of the best ever and Reni is awesome on the drums during same solo.

Noel Gallaghers best tune. Come sail with me on my yellow submarine...classic.
