I have also been lucky to have travelled to some great places in the UK and Europe and recently to Trinidad and Tobago and The Gambia. To date my UK Life list stands at just over 400. My other interests include climbing the fells in the Lake District and Wildlife and Landscape photography. Other passions include my Home team Liverpool FC and enjoying a good pint of real ale after a days birding. I hope to share all these via my blog. The equipment I use is a Canon EOS 300D with various lenses including, Canon 18-55mm, Sigma 55-200mm, Sigma 150-500mm and Kenko Teleplus Converter 2x. Also a small amount of Digiscoping via the Swarovski 80 HD and a Nikon P5100. I enjoy reading various birding and wildlife magazines including Birding World, British Birds, BBC Wildlife Magazine and British Wildlife Journal.
