Dunno why but I just can't get any decent pics of Harlequin Ducks. Beautiful birds. They sit on the rocks in photogenic poses. And my cheap digital camera hates them. Common on the local coasts from Novemberish through to late May I'll at least have more chances to get that shot. This was one of the "better" shots from today behind Hakodate-yama.
