Red Tape leads to Japanese Skylark

Posted in Unspecified
Another visit to Immigration this afternoon. A Japanese Skylark was singing on some wasteground near the Immigration office. There were also huge rafts of Scaup on the sea. At Kamiso the usual ducks and Gulls were around. Goosander, Black Scoter, Pintail, Wigeon etc. 6 species of Gull including the second year Glaucous (I'm assuming it's the same individual as down the page). Here's a lousy pic of a male Goosander. It was really windy. That's my excuse anyway. The method of attaching pics and writing new entries on blogs seems to have changed on surfbirds too. Hope I haven't messed up too much.
