Saw these little guys while out with Falklands conservation counting penguins again this weekend,this time in lafonia (south of east falklands). dispite the weather got all counting done.

this gentoo must have been going for the biggest nest record. Mate did not seem so happy about it ,neither were the neighbours whos nesting material it kept steeling.

Been out with Falklands conservation for the last two days counting penguins at Fanning head. the most northwest part of east falklands. Thanks to John and Michelle of race piont farm for the accommodation.(a great selfcatering cottage).
