4 Mandarin ducks, a male Marsh Harrier and 8 Teal were at Grouville Marsh, 4 Wheatear, 83 Turnstone and a possible Goshawk which I didnt get a good view of where at La Rocque.
Wed 30th
3 Mandarin ducks where at Grouville Marsh, 18 Red-brested Merganser, 443 Brent Geese, 2 Wheatear and a Water Pipit which was a nice surprise where at La Rocque and 2 Wheatear and a flock of 46 Carrion Crow where at La Rosiéré.
Thur 31st
3 Wheatear at La Rocque and at St Ouens Pond there where 3 Swallow, 2 Bearded Tit and 3 Marsh Harrier.
Sat 2nd
Today produced the weeks best bird, a Purple Heron which spent the morning at St Ouens Pond and was joined by 22 Teal, 27 Sand Martin, 4 Bearded Tit and 3 Marsh Harrier. A Canada Goose and 18 Sand Martin rounded off the week at Grouville Marsh.
