Took advantage of the sunny weather to visit Lake Monroe and Stillwater Marsh to see if anything new has shown up. No new birds for the year. It seems as if new year birds are few and far between right about now. New migrants should be showing up any day now, I would think.
A lot fewer ducks at Stillwater Marsh. The water level is way down, so the ducks should mostly be gone soon.
