The south-easterly winds didn't amount to much, with just 1 willow warbler and 1 whitethroat seen at Galley this morning. 1 juvenile ruff was at Clogheen Marsh this morning. On the seawatching front, 1 great shearwater, 1 arctic skua, 3+ bonxies and a few sooty shearwaters were seen off Galley this morning.
3 sanderling and 10 ringed plover were on Long Strand this evening. | Other Irish news
