Following yesterday's news of fin whales off Ardfield, and a tip-off from P, we had 4 large whales blowing several times about 7 miles south of Galley this morning, which were almost certainly the same animals. We also caught up with P's group of at least 4 Risso's dolphins, although they were quite distant. Also at least 3 minke whales and a harbour porpoise in the area.
