Began the day birding in wicklow.
Pulling in to killoughter we were treated to a single red legged partridge feeding on the road with 2 pheasants.
A jack snipe was present on the gravel pit pools at broadlough.
A singing chiffchaff was here also.
Kilcoole produced numerous sand martins and barn swallows.
Howth head had 3 wheatears present near the summit.
All good year ticks.
