Spent the weekend on cape clear....with not much to show for it...saturday was a beautiful day but the winds were westerly so no seawatching of note and certaily no passerine migration.Sunday was a completely miserable event with collosal downpours all day...and i was badly hung over from the night before!Monday was brighter and clear with south easterly winds...but no birds other than an aberrant blackbird i would gladly shoot!
Ah well...maybe in august!
