A Galley Seawatch
On Saturday myself, SR and HH went down to galley for some seawatching.
We arrived at 6 a.m and finished at 1pm, during which time 1 wilsons petrel (cork tick) , 4 Great Shearwaters, 4 Cory's Shearwaters, 9 Balearic Shearwaters, 16 Sooty Shearwaters, 3 Arctic Skuas, 2 Bonxies and a scattering of Storm petrels were seen. Another single Balearic was seen by the lads at 4 pm...whilst i was having a snooze in the car.
On sunday myself and SR went down to ballycotton and ballymacoda. 2 Juvenile Med gulls were the best on offer at Ballycotton.
