THURSDAY 28th OCTOBER . 2004

After the very high winds of yesterday ! I decided to go down to Berry Head for a sea watch .
LITTLE GULL were the first birds seen & in the end I saw a total of 27 , there were also numerous KITTIWAKE going through all day .
Then we picked up 8 ARCTIC SKUA & then a very nice juvenile LONG TAILED SKUA .
Other birds seen were 2 GREAT NORTHERN DIVER , 4 MANX SHEARWATER & a flock of 40+ PINTAIL .
