The year's done and so am I. Congrats Ross & Paul some really good finds there. A late spree by birding in Scotland adding quite a few (e.g. Black-throated Diver, Iceland Gull, Golden Eagle, Black Grouse, Crested Tit etc), but not enough (dipped Scottish & Parrot Crossbill, Caper, Surf Scoter). Best of the year were: Bee-eater, Purple Heron, Greenish Warbler, Cory's Shear, Hoopoe, Icterine Warbler, Sab Gull, Wryneck, Honey Buzzard, Spoonbill, Yellow-browed Warbler (5), Caspian Gull, RB Shrike.
