Glaucous gull, nice of it to stick around Alpine swift a jammy self find whilst on the phone to Justin, not so jammy but 4 self found Red-Rumped Swallows a joy to see.Can't seem to catch up,must suppress my next find methinks as both Paul and Justin caught up with the Purple Heron.Honey buzzard a nice pale adult self found.Curlew sandpiper x 6 all self found.Barred warbler another self find. |

Not a bad spring... Found Buff-breasted and Broad-billed Sandpipers (both county firsts), Ring-billed Gull, Montagu's Harrier and Pec. Other nice things included two White-winged Blacks, Spoonbill, Temminck's Stint, Red-necked Phalarope, pair of Mergansers, Red-necked Grebe and a rare May Caspian Gull. Decent passages of Dunlin (flock of 130), Whimbrel (flock of 26), Sanderling (up to 10, almost ever present), Arctic Tern (flock of 80).
