This is brilliant! If it is just a test could you leave it on for a day or two until my sister in Oz gets to see it please.

I'm jealous of the Sungrebe video & thanks to Boomtown Studios for bringing the plight of the Orange-fronted Parakeet to the World's attention.

Yes, that is a good one! We want delete it for a couple of days.

The developer who's trying to fix the apostrophe bug posted it. By the way, if anyone is having issues posting video and you get an "invalid key" error, try removing any apostrophe you have in the description field. Quick fix until it's fixed for real.

I hope you don't mind but I linked it to 'another' site & received some positive comments.

I've added another video to the British rarities channel. I'm sure Bobolink44 will approve.

I do approve! Nice one. I saw one in Devon in the erly 90s somewhere near Prawl I think (senior moment) - I'll now have to look it up. Great birds and really great video. Thanks.

Another Pechora Pipit has been posted by talisman77 showing the distinctive 'tramlines' here on Surfbirds videos (http://surfbirds.com/video2/view_video.php?viewkey=cb3860f2a6d4b38c6490&page=1&viewtype=&category=mr) which I'm guessing was taken on the Wednesday or Thursday of its stay?

Check out this stunning Costa's Hummingbird (http://surfbirds.com/video2/view_video.php?viewkey=ea8fe223c713b77189a7&page=1&viewtype=&category=mr) by Don D. The iridescent feathering shows very well in this close-up.

Some excellent Wallcreeper video by isabelline here (http://surfbirds.com/video2/view_video.php?viewkey=455b3fa09a282e0d496f), also Roy Harvey's Somerset Upland Sandpiper is well worth a look.

Thanks for the link Dave. That Wallcreeper looks like it's feeding well and you don't need to jostle for position to see it - 2 other birders there!

I remember reading about this but here's a video (http://surfbirds.com/video2/view_video.php?viewkey=35da0b6f6ea37bcf8bcb) from Stephen Davies of Orcas attacking a Gray Whale mother and calf on a Monterey whale watching trip.
