1st-winter Short-billed Dowitcher? It appears to have a retained juvenile tertial.

Well done Graham. Not an easy one. It's a Short-billed Dowitcher. I'll post the rest of the video later this week. There were a group of very obliging birds feeding down at Bolsa Chica a couple of weekends ago.
