Red-throated Pipits

Three Red-throated Pipits together in a small cattle corral is quite nice, yes?

Found by my friend and "ace" birder Simon Wates at the farm at Vale Santo, Cabo de São Vicente, Algarve.

Spring migration in the Western Algarve is crazy this year - we have Pied Flycatchers, Common Redstarts and other species which are normally never recorded on northward migration. Also more Common Cuckoos than I can ever remember - one female ("attended to" be several passing males) is apparently laying in the nests of anything she can find!!

Nice nice..Really wish to see a Red Throated Pipit...Till now I only heard it in Malta :(
