All
This may be old news for some, but not all I suspect - it was for me until two days ago. The Spanish rarities committee have published their report in Ardeola (see an abstract at http://www.ardeola.org/pubs/54%282%29/405-446?lang=en) and in it they list the acceptance of the first record of Fork-tailed Flycatcher for Europe and the Western Palearctic in 2002.
Ouch!
