I am not sure I am breaking copyright laws. I was using a source, which I was named, to create my version of list. This was not done by copy and paste but typing all the names individually.

But if this is really hurts the laws then I delete the file for sure. Any par related to this?

I would have thought this was fine. No one owns the names of the birds and I would have thought Clements does not have a copyright on the order of the names. if it is illegal, the publishers will need to get on to a number of sites including this one:
http://birdingonthe.net/clements/
Anyway, a downloadable file is very handy, thanks Szimi.

What would be nice is a version of Clements with all the awful spelling and grammatical errors removed. Corrections like Grey Wagtail (not "Gray Wagtail"; it's not a North American species), and European Golden Plover (not that dreadful hyphenated-capitalised "Golden-Plover"). Oh, and Pallas's Warbler for Phylloscopus proregulus, not "Lemon-rumped Warbler". And so on!

Actually on my version all the Grays was corrected to Grey :)
As for the other mentioned 'errors' I will not change until changed in the Clements. Next update is expected in October so lets see what they will bring out.
