Dragonfly from Cairo

I went to a botanical garden in Cairo during the first week of August. It was early morning and the sprinklers were still on to water the grass which was attracting hundreds of these dragonflies. Any ideas?

This is a young female Crocothemis, most likely C. erythraea - Scarlet Darter (or Broad Scarlet).
