Hi folks
The video of the 2005 OBC fundraiser to Tibet has recently been posted to You tube. It's quite long and in ten parts, topped and tailed by musical intro and outro. A great effort by Keith Blomerly to get it all filmed while not missing any birds - well done!. If anyone is thinking of going, hopefully this will convince you. Some of the video footage was the first ever for many species. The quality isn't amazing but it gives a fantastic feel for the place and its birds such as Kozlov's Bunting, Black-necked Crane, Roborovski's Rosefinch, Przevalski's Nuthatch, Ala Shan Redstart, Hume's Groundpecker, snowfinches, rosefinches, leaf warblers, laughingthrushes etc. Mammals include Lynx, 4 Wolves, Tibetan Wild Ass etc. I would certainly recommend a visit!

then follow youtube links for other parts. Notable species are listed in the youtube info bar. Current OBC fundraisers are Cambodia and Yunnan - see OBC for details
