Is there not a way to have a "panic button" installed so that "dodgy" posts can be reported immediately. This new member "mangus" is a spammer, or at least an opportunist advertising non-birding services and products, and he/she/it should be removed.

Yes, you can click on the little red exclamation mark at the bottom left of each post; hover your mouse over it and you'll see it says 'Report Post'.

Yes, just as Michael says. Admin will then get notified and can delete posts and ban/moderate offenders.
