Swallows are nesting close

Swallows are building a nest atop a brick pillar right outside the front door of my house. Although it is interseting to watch, I wonder if this will pose a problem for us once there are babies in the nest. We don't want to be "dive-bombed" every time we come and go from the house. What should we do?

It is a great honour to have these birds nesting at your house - they will not cause any problem (apart from a bit of bird ....!), so just enjoy their presence.
