There are two birds that come to mind when I initially looked at this bird. I know that this may be really easy for you but I immediately thought of this forum when I saw the picture.

Andy was supposed to keep that one to himself ;). There was no bill to know that it was a Vireo so it could have been a Warbler, except for the eyering.
