Lucky you! "Counting Coots".

I value any Coots on the Grand Western Canal (Devon) and can often count them on one hand. I was delighted to see a wintering Coot return to one stretch of the canal today.

Lucky you too! My local patch has one record of Coot, ever . . . if I did a blog I'd have to call it "countingwoodpigeons" . . . or maybe even "countingracingpigeons" . . .
