This is an excellent video of a fabulous bird; I loved the end-titles of the first sequence: "Special guest appearance - Yellowhammer".

But this must "take the biscuit" as the WORST soundtrack ever on a birding video clip!!

Colin

I would certainly agree to the worst soundtrack on a birding video Colin, and I would extend - saying that any soundtrack except the birds themselfs are a disaster! You can hardly look at anything these day - without music or some other sounds in the bloody background!

Yes Jan,

I much prefer to hear the bird and the people who are watching it because it is "real" (however poor the soundtrack is). This attempt at "Hollywood" is appalling.

Best wishes,

Colin

Yeah, really dreadful soundtrack! Much better with the sound turned off.

But one thing they deserve a BIG plus for - doing it in .wmv format, and not that dreadful 'Flash' garbage.
