Hi Guys or Guys!
My question is, to update an old post or thread for public view. Do I have to edit the earlier posting or post a new thread under the same topic.
I will be delited for any information.
thanks.

Hello Seedy,
You can "bump" an old thread by simply making a new post to that thread. This is "frowned upon" in most forums, unless you feel that your subject is especially important. As a moderator in other forums I normally delete "bumps" as a matter of course.
Which topic (thread) are you referring to?

Colin,
Initially this were my first thoughts, but my concern was weather the update post will saw to public view. If only edited the post under the topic thread, which I prefer other wise. Your information is will understood. Thanks.
Referring to the topic earlier was a question I posted on were to see Red Kite close to Ipswich. I will be going birding in two weeks time, so will be nice to get some latest feed-backs.
