            Good challenge.

            Guess if it's on the Falklands it must be Dark-faced Ground-tyrant. It looks pretty good for a ground-tyrant overall, but the tertial fringes look a bit too buffy for dark-faced. Maybe it's a young bird.

            Any info on location?

              That does rather assume they are normal-coloured, unlike the rest of the bird . . .

              Guess the other possibility is an escaped cagebird.
