    Default looking for Greenland Birding Blog?

    Is anyone keeping a "Birding Blog" in Greenland? I would like to follow it if I can read it... Cheers Tommy

    I've never come across one but I'd be pretty interested in seeing one too (I can cope with Danish but not Greenlandic). Until then you might be interested in biologist Carsten Egevang's great series of photo essays from Greenland

    Thanks for the link. I'm sure this was talked about at the time but must have passed me by but noticed a link on this blog to a Brown Noddy in Iceland last year?

    It's not entirely certain where the bird came from. The newspaper report says that some people were hunting Puffins (legal) when they decided to catch a storm petrel for a friend who collected birds (highly illegal) and the Brown Noddy came into the net and they took it home as they thought it was a Manx Shearwater (highly illegal). The taxidermist ID'd it as a Brown Noddy. It could all be a hoax of course.
