    Can anyone please help with these IDs?

    First one is a White-cheeked Pintail (also known as Bahama Pintail). Second is an Inca Tern.

    I assume these are in captivity somewhere?

    Ditto to White-cheeked Pintail on the first, but note it is a leucistic domesticated breed, so not like the pics you'll find in [South American] field guides.
