    Default Grey Wagtail

Hi, Today I saw what I think was a Grey Wagtail at Tees Barrage (Stockton on Tees). I am a novice but I was very close and so got a good look at it. It was feeding along the river bank. I did not have my camera with me today but will look again tomorrow. Is it common to see this bird in NE England?

    Hi Mick

Sounds like one. They often feed alongside running water aand sometimes lake edges and manure piles. Common up North too.
