He does have a rather chunky bill but other than that, a common & garden Passer domesticus for me.
It shows grey cheeks on my monitor ? totally agree with R E V, House Sparrow.
Hybdridization between House Sparrow and Spanish Sparrow is VERY common, and I understand that Tree Sparrows have also thrown a gene or two in. From my own personal experience, the first thing which these House x Spanish intergrades show is loss of the grey crown and forehead.
This is a normal P. domesticus.
I thought it was a house sparrow because of the grey crown stripe. It was just the cheek markings that made me curious.
