    anybody chasing hurricane birds with tropical storm hanna making landfall this weekend?

    Wish we had more inclement weather out here during migration season. I'll be watching the net to see what gets found.

    Looks like a few Sooty and Bridled Terns have shown up on a few inland lakes in the Carolinas today. Maybe there's a pterodroma to follow.

    No real storm birds showed up where I was birding in PA, but we did end up with 21 species of shorebirds for the day, including Red Knot. Pretty good for any spot in Pennsylvania.
