    Default Gabar Goshawk?

An ongoing discussion on (to where I took it), and on the identity of this raptor has failed to correctly identify it as to species.
The choice has arrived to either Gabar Goshawk (Micronisus gabar) or
    Dark Chanting Goshawk (Melierax metabates).
In spite of having no personal experience of either of the two, I find myself in the Chanting camp due to short-tailed impression, jizz and pattern of underparts.
It would be very interesting if someone could throw some light on some of the problematics and itīs identity.

It is not a Gabar Goshawk - the the tail is way too short. Southern Banded Snake-eagle has yellow legs and so is easily eliminated. It is an immature Dark Chanting-Goshawk in my opinion.
