Some more help please
Some more unkbnown birds from in and around Nerja, Costa del Sol
The "Unknown warbler" I have tentaively IDd as a Garden Warbler on account of its lack of distinguishing features and the beautiful song - I was listening to it for about 5 minutes before something spooked it.
The "Unknown" bird seems to have a bold eyestripe which has thrown me - unless it is a light artefact.
P.S. Sorry about the quality of most of the pics in this and my previous post!!

2. Short-toed Eagle or (if you are certain about the dark "eye stripe") Osprey
3. Cetti's Warbler
Any more photos of #1?

#1 I think might be a Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler that has got some yellow pollen on its breast from feeding on nectar. What looks like a pale wingbar might just be a stray pine needle?

2. Short-toed Eagle

Yes, of course, obvious now! It just somehow looked bigger than that. And I still suspect it may have pollen staining on its breast.

I really cannot see Firecrest in #1. My original thought was Chiffchaff.
I deliberated between Cetti's and Nightingale for #3 but thought that the bill was too pointed and too pale for Nightingale.

Firecrest, StEagle, Nightingale

The OP, Richard, refers to bird #1 having a "beautiful song" - that does not fit in with Firecrest, surely?

How about pallas's warbler for number 1?

Photo 1 is, without any doubt at all a FIRECREST!
