I know this is being discussed both on Birdforum and Lee's blog so not new news but the Pagham bird is interesting if it is a Collared.

If we are to take out worn outer tail streamers from the equation, on Oriental, the feet do seem to project beyond the central retrices unlike Collared (but if you find a Collared photo showing this please share). The Pagham bird shows this.
Are the pale tips to the secondaries that seem to appear in some photos of the Pagham bird any more prominent than on these Orientals?
One could argue it has an orange buff breast similar in color to this bird:
