I.D help please
Hi everyone, its been a while since i started a thread on here, partly due to my slowly improving I.D skills and partly due to a lack of time to do any photography. I have 3 different birds here and i think that the bird in images 1, 2 and 3 is a woodlark, image 4 i think is a skylark (less strongly pronounced pattern on the face, browner underparts and possibly a loonger tail?) and image 5 i think is a pipit, probably a meadow pipit? They were seen today on thursley common, surrey. Can anyone confirm or deny these. I had hoped to see some crossbills that i have heard are on the common but luck wasn't on my side.
I also realy missed having a proper SLR and long lens, i quite like the composition of the first three shots, but i couldn't get close enough and so had to crop quite heavily.
Many Thanks, James

First four are all woodlark, the last one is indeed a meadow pipit.

Nice shots of Woodlark James - the bold supercilium meeting at the nape is unmistakable.
