I was taking shots of buzzards today and when I checked my pics I found these pictures.
There were crows about but I can't understand how I could mix up a crow with a buzzard size wise. (possible yes, but unlikely)
Then I noticed the odd white patch behind the beak and some strange marks on the top of its wings.
I would have been looking for large birds and a buzzard is way bigger than a crow or rook. I mean, I would see the size and shoot it, if that makes sense. So I'm a bit foxed by this.
Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
