    Default Leucistic Swallow?

Spotted this in company with a pair of Striated Swallows here in the Philippines yesterday. Not sure if it belongs to them, though I do think it's a Swallow (we also have Pacific and Barn Swallows here). Any ideas?

It looks like an immature given the shallow tail fork. I would think immature Striated Swallow, but that is based on guilt by association rather than on plumage.
