I see David Ferguson put a picture up of Fringed Gentain from the only Bucks site very recently. I am interested to track him down as out of 11 habitat management projects I do for rare and scarce plants here in the UK now, the Fringed Gentain is one of them and this is the third year on the trot that the plant has appeared at the single site thanks to the management that myself and fellow helpers, Dave Shute, Sean Cole, Graham Giles and warden Jerry Page have done. Sorry if I missed someone out.
Thanks to Len Worthington who found a plant at the site last year.

Thanks to help from fellow naturalists and botanists Graham Giles and Tony Butcher I managed to see the plant. Of course it was closed up as it is a species that needs full sun to open the flowers.
