Bear in mind however that any number of domestic and farmyard animals will have multiple resistant bacteria too due to the use of antibiotics in animal feeds/supplements. Thus any wild animal coming into contact with farms is also likely to pick these up. Not forgetting also that humans (especially those who take antibiotics frequently or don't finish courses of antibiotics) will also harbour such bacteria.
