    Default Conservation and education

It's difficult to conserve birds when they haven't been documented in various regions. That's why I created www.junponline.com , where you can submit bird sightings into a community database with a user friendy interface.

Sightings data is then organized and reports made available including date and location, photos, detailed maps and more ie. American Goldfinch

I'ld like to welcome any feedback from birders and hope you will consider putting your bird sightings to good use in this conservation based community database.

    Default New resources added

We've added many new features to our website: iframes to display sightings on your own website, xml feeds of your sightings and searching by Order and Family.

Birders can manage and organize their sightings here and contribute to our public citizen science database.

We have now joined the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) and publish our citizen science data there. GBIF is an international organization promoting and distributing biodiversity data.

Default Biodiviersity service providors, group administrators

We want to be your biodiversity data management providors, let us handle the technical and costly biodiversity data management services. Engage your members in online citizen science activities !

We now offer wildlife and conservation organizations free tools to manage group submissions from their members. Group administrators can add users, edit and approve bird sighting submissions for their organization under one central account.
